Let me tell you a little about myself. For the last 24 years I have been shooting and training with firearms. I have competitively participated in Cowboy Action Shooting with pistols, rifles and shotguns, and have also trained with modern firearms including semiautomatic pistols and rifles. My interests also include hunting. I was first Certified by the USCCA in 2019, but due to COVID and the lockdowns, I had to delay my plans. This year I have renewed my certification with the United States Concealed Carry Association and have also become a Certified USCCA Range Safety Officer. I am Certified with Colorado Parks and Wildlife to teach the Firearms Safety Program (SSF) which is all classroom with no live fire, and am A Certified Instructor for Protect His House, an organization for setting up Church Safety Teams.

I am located in and teach classroom courses out of a Conference Center in Hugo, Colorado (Lincoln County) and use the Limon Gun Range for all live fire practice and qualifications. Along with Concealed Carry and Home Defense Fundamentals, I also teach Women's Handgun & Self Defense Fundamentals, Countering the Mass Shooter Threat, and Emergency First Aid Fundamentals. I offer a selection of mini-classes, all through the USCCA.
